For more than a decade, Argus leadership has supported fundraising and outreach efforts that help homeless veterans across New Jersey.

01

Working with Operation Chillout

Through involvement with the Skylands Triathlon and Operation Chillout, these efforts have helped raise funds and provide emergency supplies to veterans living without reliable shelter or support.

02

Seasonal outreach that meets immediate needs

Winter outreach focuses on warm clothing and essential survival items, while summer efforts provide water, lightweight clothing and other supplies suited to extreme heat. The objective is practical: deliver help where and when it is needed most.

03

Connecting people with longer-term support

The work extends beyond distributing supplies. Outreach teams also help connect veterans with shelters, counseling and treatment programs, creating pathways toward greater stability and support.

04

Why this work matters

Many veterans experiencing homelessness also face the long-term effects of trauma, chronic illness and isolation. Consistent outreach can make a direct difference while helping people reconnect with services that support recovery and dignity.

Closing perspective

Argus is proud to support initiatives that recognize the service of veterans and respond to their needs with practical, compassionate action.
